Q.

Hello doctor, I have put on approx 15 kg weight in pregnancy and now I had delivered baby before two and half months. Please suggest me how to reduce weight.

A. eat mindfully for reducing weight. Control your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. have an active lifestyle.
