Hello, doctor. I have heard that weight increases fastly by 3 rd or 4 rth month of pregnancy. Currently, I am. in my 3rd month. I want to know how much should I put on weight per month so that it could be easy for me for normal delivery. My current BMI is 25..3 .Before pregnancy it was 24. Kindly give the month-by-month weight gain details as I would consciously maintain it.
