hello doctor! I have getting a muscular pain on sleeping time at night, pain starts from left to right biceps and then goes on back, and thys .what is the cause behind it?

A. dolo 650 for relief jhwfor further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
