Hello doctor I have a baby girl child. she is 3& half month .My delivery was c-section after delivery I gain more wait& my belly is also looking very fatty.I am very worry about my weight. In thi types of situation what can I do. How can I maintain my figure & lose my weight. kindly suggest me. Thank you.
