hello doctor, I have 8 and half month baby.. actually last 2 month his weight is 7.7kg..but now his weight is 7.5 kg.. why he lose his weight. please suggest any prescription for gaining the weight

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if child is not gaining proper weight you need to consult your doctor to rule out the cause and most of the time it could be because of such nutritional deficiencies like nutritional anemia and some other factors like malabsorption any chronic disease like congenital heart disease or some chronic infection specially urine infection or worm infestation should be checked if required .

So you can feed your child well and also give supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only the
