Hello doctor I have 5th period this month now I am not bleeding for 6th I have done hemoglobin test which is 12.0 my bp is high 165/75 I am taking medicine for it that is why I am not bleeding what foods should I eat to get high blood

Mam it’s not only about the testing that you got done you should get yourself tested for PCOD and PCOS also because in that case the bleeding is quite less the levels whatever you have mentioned in terms of your blood pressure of haemoglobin or actually decent enough it’s not associated with that for sure
