Hello doctor I have 3 year old baby girl. she delivery by cesarean and born in 8 month. After that I conceive two baby in 2020 and 2021 in year, but both time I am facing miscarriage due to bleeding start in 2 nd month. last ultrasound found in septate utres. I want to know that about treatment of septate utres
