wait for doing any workout for this atleast 6 months.
after that , you can start doing exercises like pilates, abdominal crunches, flutter kicks etc
till that ,walk walk and walk
don't use vehicle for short distance
eat couple of bites less than usual
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
