hello doctor I have 3 months baby ,by birth baby fallin water in baby eye's please suggest me

A. hello mum this is completely fine in the babies of this age because their eyes ducts are blocked initially and it will get open on its own within few months you just keep on pressing the nose of the baby in between the eyes with your fingertips gently and ask your doctor for some mild eyes drops
