Hello doctor. I had back pain right after delivery. Now after a year and 5 months still it continues by the time it’s becoming high back pain while sleeping and sitting for a while. What to do??

A. you need to do back exercise if you have pain in back.Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis
