hello doctor I got delivery in Oct 2020 and got periods in 9th month postpartum but the thing I got periods but no flow I just have spotting but heavy stomach pain nd back pain I am feeding my baby still when I asked my doctor she told may be due to weight increase or till u feed baby u ll get like that only please help me out because having too much pain what can I do ❓ thanking you in advance
