Hello doctor I given neopeptine syrup and colic syrup with five minutes gap to my 5 months is it harmful.

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician1 Year agoA. yes can give no problem also note this Exessive cry is very common under 6 months of age bcz of gas in stomach Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6months of age. Feed ur baby with proper position. Burp properly after each and every feed for at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp. Give Tummy time 4-5 times in a day time If still issue persist then Give colic aid drops 0.5 ml (if needed). Maximum 4times per day.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Try to keep a gap of atleast half an hour. Please massage baby stomach with BabyHug coconut oil clockwise and anti-clockwise. You can also apply hing water on baby stomach. Also do some cycling leg exercises of the baby to relieve from constipation and gas. Please make the baby burp after every feed. Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal.
