Q.

Hello Doctor I am writing to seek your advice regarding my 18-month-old baby. Since yesterday, she has been experiencing feelings of nausea but hasn't actually vomited yet. I'm concerned about what might be causing this discomfort. Could you please suggest possible reasons for her nausea and any steps I can take to alleviate her discomfort? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
