Hello doctor I am the mother of 5months 27days of baby girl it means completing 6months which type of solid foods can I start for the baby plz suggest me

A. Dear mum, upon completion of 6 months, you can start with solid foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed baby.
