Hello doctor, i am the mother of 10 months old baby. I got my first period after the 9 months of my delivery.That is on 31st July. Now it's 4th sep but I didn't get the period. What is the reason?Is it normal?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. There are chances that you may get pregnant. So check for yourine pregnancy test. And according to the result, you can consult with your gynecologist for further treatment to be taken.
Mostly till 1 year after Delivery the periods remain irregular.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. It is not unusual to skip a period, or even for it to be a few months before your next one. When you start reducing the amount of time you spend breastfeeding, your periods should start to return to their usual routine. You may notice some spotting (light bleeding) at first.
