Hello doctor I am Seema and I'm in my week 18. I still have occasional white discharge, is it normal? also, I feel baby movements or kicks sometimes, is it ok?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes. normal.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

Stay hydrated
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
