hello doctor... I am recovering from covid..I'm not able to give breast milk to my baby in covid time.. because milk is not produced..even now milk not produced..I'm taking good food.. please suggest me how to improve breast milk

Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children4 years agoA. take shatawari powder twice in milk .. include papaya oatmeal Gond ke laddu poppy seeds fenugreek seeds in diet.. if your baby is in 7th month should start giving top good
