hello doctor I am not feeding properly because of not produce enough milk for baby feel stomach full. my baby girl age is 1 month. what I can fo for increase milk. also she is hold nipple very tight that's why nipple getting sore and painful. her body weight also decreased in this month.

A. lactating mother wl hv sore and painful nipples use himalaya nipples soothing cream.. regulay pumping increase milk use breast pump.. take lactation supplements as lactare...
