Hello doctor. I’am mother of 5 month old baby. Soon I am going to resume my job. Formula milk or pumped breast milk. Which is best to baby.

otherwise you can start formula as well.
whatever you feel good.
both are fine. you can also start rice water or dal ka pani

If You can manage to go ahead with giving pumped milk to the child because that will be your middle so of course I think that would be a better option to go for otherwise if you want you can start giving formula feeding as well but it is going to be little tough because kids normally were completely breastfeed and do not accept bottle that easily it
