Hello doctor i am mother of 2 yr old baby..i am taking antibiotics medicine for abodminal pain and now planning to take covishield vaccine..is that fine to have shot or it give any sidewffects

A. Hello, your question is related to the covid vaccinations so if you are having tummy infection and taking an antibiotic then if you don’t have any fever then you can take it

A. Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc

Q. My son is of 3 years old and he is suffering from stomach pain since one week and after going USG scan we came to know that his appendix is slightly swollen to 6.2mm size. Doctor gave some antibiotics for 5 days and if symptoms persist doctor told he may need appendicitis surgery. But after giving antibiotics for 2 days he is not complaining of stomach pain as before. Could you please let me know doctor whether he need surgery or whether he recover from antibiotics as we are more worried.
