hello doctor, i am mother of 14month old baby boy. from last 2 week suddenly my 1 side breast is getting engorge at particular area. although while feeding it's not that much painful. but engorged area is painful while doing massage is it normal breast engorgment after 14 months also? on initial 6 months i had infection too . does it a sign of infection again? thanks
