hello Doctor ! I am manushree .... during Doctor visit there is identified left adnexa showa a cyst measuring 59.5*47.2mm adjacent left ovary ??? so I am worried is it curable by medicinal or do I need to under surgery ????

A. Hello dear If it is adjacent to the ovary then it is a paraovarian cyst which is usually harmless. Still it is ideal to have to talk with your doctor and know better

A. thank u mam !!! what is the exact size of this cyst which is 59.9*47.2 mm ??? and is feeling like vomiting is one of this symptoms ????
