A. Hi It's better if you consult andr & get your blood reports checked . Good nutrition is also equally important for healthy growth. Eat enough amount of protein rich foods like egg, paneer, dal, pulses, milk. soya, tofu. chicken.

Hello ma’am I would advise you to consult a doctor for the same if you’re not gaining your height and weight as per the age it will be better to go for a proper homoeopathic treatment because the homoeopathic has all these kind of treatment so you can definitely try consulting one for a better result
