hello doctor I am in my 7th week of 2nd pregnancy. I am feeling lot of drowsiness all the time. is this normal? or any kind of deficiency?

A. you should drink plenty of fluids water juices coconut water to maintain good hydration because it is summer season and if you are dehydrated you may feel like that also keep having healthy nutritious diet and small frequent meal

A. thank you doctor but i do drink water at least 5-6litres each day.
