Q.
hello doctor.. I am getting more volume breast milk, my daughter is taking it fast and after some time spitting up in large volume say about 20 ml.. immediately after feeding.. sometime refusing to take the feed doing action like as if she is going to vomit. but her passing urine, gas and stool normally. is it something to worry?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. If you feel the flow of milk is high then use a nipple shield to reduce the flow and keep head elevated while feeding the baby and burp baby well avoid over feeding

You can use nipple shield that is going to be quite helpful in regulating the milk Lo when you are feeding the child as that is one thing that is going to be fruitful apart from that if you require you can always take an advice of a lactation specialist also on the issue that you’re facing
