Hello doctor, I am from kashmir and here is winter season please suggest me what food would I give to my baby. My baby is about 6 month and 7 days . she also wakes up several times during night maybe because of hunger so please suggest me kashmiri diet chart for my baby

You can give the baby semi solid and mashed foods , so give vegetables in form of steamed and also soup form as well, apart from that seasonal fruits , kichidi, dal ,rice , suji, porridge , home made cerelac mix
