hello doctor... I am a mother of one month old baby... the apartment where I live has construction work going on... I live on the 2nd floor.. iron, aluminium cutting work goes on below the flat... n occassional drilling, hammering on the above n rest of the apartments... I am worried as I read Google that noise can affect baby's hearing ability... please help doctor...
