Hello Doctor, I am a mother of 6montgs old baby ..during my pregnancy i had dryness and itching in the vaginal area for that doctor prescribed me candid cream...and it got cured but now it is repeating but it is not getting cured ...pls suggest something else

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. if there is vaginal dryness and due to that itching is present Candid has no roll over there you should consult with a gynecologist for proper examination and maybe oestrogen cream is needed to be applied to avoid dryness over the area

U can use v wash for intimate hygiene. Apply coconut oil on the vaginal area to get relief from itching.
Keep the vaginal area clean and dry. Change panties frequently and wear Coton comfortable undergarments
