Q.

hello doctor I am a mother of 3 month old twins, I feel uncomfortable sitting and feeding the baby as I am facing pain in the lower back or what is called the pelvic bone I guess. I have undergone 2 c sections . is it normal to have pain. if so, how can I get rid of it as I need to join my job in another 2 months

A. you need to sit with your back straight and with a proper back support while feeding your baby to avoid back pain. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
