Q.

hello doctor ,i am a mother of 2 yr11 month old daughter.since few months i wanted to use of menstrual cup .I brought sirona mediam size of cup. Today is my first day of period and I used that. The insertion was easy but some time I could not found the stem of cup it takes time to be found is it okey or should I switch it with large size.....

A. its ok. you will learn. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Most smaller cup sizes hold around 25-27 millileters, most larger cups hold around 30 milliliters. Unless you have a very very heavy flow don't factor the capacity into your sizing option at all. Cups hold so much more than tampons that the average person won't fill a cup in a 12 hour timeframe.
