hello doctor I am a mother of 2 childrens (9 months old baby and 4 yr old one) after pregnancy my weight is increased from 68 kg to 80. how can I reduce it my food. If I Start dieting is that affect breastfeeding supply.

A. hello. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high -protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour.
