Hello doctor, I am a mom of 2 children delivered by c sec with only 1.5 yrs gap. I am not getting enough milk supply. tried so many ways. how to increase the milk supply. give me an idea. taking galact 2 times a day.

A. continue with galact ... regular pumping increase milk use Babyhug electric breast pump more u nurse milk increase... take green papaya bottle gourd bitter gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi sabudana ...
