Hello Doctor, I am a breastfeeding mother of 1 year 3 month-old baby. A small deep cut happened on my hand while I was working. Do I need to take ATS injection? is it ok to take tetanus as I am a breastfeeding mother?

A. baby is 1 year since you might have taken one dose during pregnancy not required Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area

A. Yes u should take it once as your r breast feeding as well so it’s very very important for u so go for it that’s what I can suggest u with .. and also if it wouldn’t b needed then your doc will tell you so u can decide accordingly
