Hello Doctor, I am a breastfeeding mother. I had cooked tuna fish two times in a day without knowing about the Mercury content. I came to know about this Mercury content in tuna fish later only. Will it harm my 3 months old baby since I am breastfeeding? Could you please tell what should I do now? thanks
