take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child . ..

Hi If they are that her then you can take it with water and next time you tell your Dr to give you a medicine that you can have with water apart from that even if you do not have a bite with your teeth you just keep it in your mouth it is supposed to melt away over the period you basically do not even have to do them
