hello doctor I am 5 months pregnant and feeling severe bottom leg part pain only at night time if I open my eyes or walk i feel normal again I am taking calcium tablet as well please suggest and help me in getting rid of this pain.

A. Cramps are most common in your calf muscles. Cramps commonly happen at night in late pregnancy. To prevent leg cramps, try stretching your leg muscles before you go to bed and drink plenty of water. To ease a cramp, pull your toes up towards your ankle, rub the muscle, walk around or apply a heat pack. do regular oil massage and daily walking
