Hello Doctor, I am 42 years old Man and last few months I have shoulder frozen in my left shoulder. my shoulder can not move freely. what can I do? I am also diabetic but my sugar is under control. please advice.

A. please start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly. you need to consult some orthopaedic for some exercises to keep your shoulder working. try to do some exercise daily. take medication regularly

A. hello , I recommend you to seek help from physiotherapists because physiotherapy is best in curing frozen shoulder.. some stretching exercises and some aerobics with hands are really help full..
