ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Even if the head has engaged it doesn’t mean you will deliver immediately. First timers can deliver around 40 weeks and sometimes it may prolong beyond that too. Consult your gynecologist weekly
