hello doctor.. I am 3 months pregnant but I am facing lot of constipation... although I am taking good diet and plenty of water but still constipation is there... what should I do ? kindly suggest🙏

A. hello. in your case I would suggest that you should consult a doctor regarding your problem and ask for a medicine from them. you should not go for any home remedies and should also not take any medication without the consultation of your gynecologist
