hello doctor I am 16 week pregnant but no weight gain. I have constipation also my gyn stopped all medicine pls suggest it's normal or not and how to gain weight.

Yes there is no problem at all there is completely fine sometimes initial three months you don’t gain weight in fact you lose weight you still have a lot of time I’m very certain you’ll gain weight of a constipation I would recommend you to apply castor oil into your naval before you go to sleep that really helps and start the day with a glass of warm water
