Are you experiencing any bleeding or discharge? Try resting for a while and see if the cramps are still continuing. Make sure that you are properly hydrated because dehydration can cause cramps. If you don’t feel better go and Consult Gynecologist immediately

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and cramps and pain in pregnancy is very normal and still once you should evaluate yourself with your gynecologist once in person and follow the prescription.
