hello doctor.. I almost pushed my 31month old baby while urging him to go for bathroom.. he fell on the floor from standing position as hard as he can and hurt his left side of the head badly.. I was shocked.. I never thought my son would fall.. after the fall he did not let us touch his left forehead and head.. he said that it is paining a lot.. and he slept within seconds.. please help

A. apply ice cube and paracetamol hbfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
