doctor attention please ⚠️🚨 my daughter is 10 month old she try to standing on floor by holding the table while standing she fell down directly on floor. nothing damage or injury on outside but I have in fear. is this occur a problem in future??? can anyone tell me please

A. Whenever the child would fall down initially they would cry and all because of pain and they get scared but after that if the behaviour is normal the child does not have any bump or anything where your child had fallen down then it’s not a problem but I really given point of time to your child has suddenly vomited out of the blue for no reason then that may be a chance for internal injury but otherwise it’s normal because kids grow up like this they may fall thousand times before they learn to walk independently but if the child is okay not showing any kind of discomfort then it’s normal
