hello doctor help plz my kid is 3 year old..and she is not interested in eating anything like she finish her meal in half n hour to one hour... and also has gas issue.. and sometimes vomits also during meal... and vomit has bad smell sometimes what I should do...

Ur Child is definitely facing some issue into the tummy area which is why your child is not able to digest the food vomiting is also happening because of the same and the lack of interest is also due to the same reason only it’s better that you first get a check with your doctor
