Q.

Hello, Doctor has suggested to start Nestle Nestum rice for my 4 month 6 days baby boy. His weight is 7.2 kg. Just want to have second opinion before we start. Is it right time to start it?

A. no, Its better to wait till 6 months by that time baby's bowel will be mature enough to accept semi solid foods WHO and UNICEF recommend that babies be fed nothing but breast milk for their first 6 months

A. Hello mom Mostly doctors recommend to start giving solids and water to your baby only once your baby turned six months old and till the time baby should be totally on. Mother’s milk. And if mother milk is not sufficient for baby that the best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
