Hello doctor, greetings! my kid seems to have swallowed a small(.25 inch diameter) round plastic bead from a toy. He is absolutely active and taking proper feeds. Any thing to watch and take care for next few days? Please advise. Thanks.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Swallowed objects almost always make it to the stomach. Once there, they usually travel safely through the intestines. They are passed in a normal stool in 2 or 3 days. There is nothing you can do to hurry this process.
