Hello doctor Good morning My daughter is one year and 2 months old. She is passing green colored watery motion also having fever.. We have given paracetamol 5 ml for fever at 9'o clk morning and some home remedies for diarrhea. Now she has no fever but loos motion is there.. What should i do?? She has around 6 times of loose motion from yesterday afternoon 2'o clock?
