hello doctor.... good morning.. my daughter is 14 years old... and her hight is 4"3inch weight is 48kg.... what is the best diet plan to loss weight and increase her height... I kindly request you to please guide me with some best advice and and a best diet plan for her... Thank you..

A. Hi You can give nutritious foods that are less calorie dense 1 Include sprouts, skim milk, egg whites, pulses, curd, fruits, vegetables, salads, low fat paneer Dal's for the child 2. Avoid sugar, sweets, fried, Bakery foods 3. Engage child in physical activity like football cycling skipping jumping dancing swimming daily 4. Give plenty of water
