Hello doctor Good morning My baby from last Thursday night suffering from fever I give Fepanil 250 mg syrup to her an after two days the temperature slowly come down but not completely I consult a doctor He suggest that you should continue that syrup 2 days and then fever is not gone then start antibiotics. so from yesterday I start antbiotics. But when I give the fepanil 250mg syrup fever come down and day time every 4 hours I give the syrup she became active and free and then late night again the temperature gradually become high. what can I do for this.
