Q.

hello doctor good morning.. I have twins 5th month runing they are now.. so how I know my breast milk is sufficient to my kids.. ?? please let me know.. thank you doctor

A. If you only giving breastfeeding to both your kids then you have to say that your child should be sufficiently full for at least a minimum of two hours to 3 hours if that is there that means whatever breastfeeding providing to the kids are sufficient for them
